    End-to-end transformation of the entire business model involving re-engineering processes across 13+ business entities through Fit-Gap Analysis, formalizing operations in 15+ countries, restructuring 5 sales channels and introducing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into various business processes.

  • Cost Optimization

    Using a structured and systematic Lean Six Sigma approach, achieved cost savings of over US$ 10m per annum for the largest K-12 private education provider in the world. Implemented approved strategic and operational changes (Performance Measurement and right-sizing through KPIs/Balanced Scorecard, re-engineering of business processes and company policies, optimization of other operating costs) with minimum business disruption using Change Management protocols.

    Strategic business advisory focusing on performance improvement through improved decision making and governance by the Board and Shareholders, risk management and internal audit, and ERP project management.

  • Business Transformation

    Led the business transformation project involving finance and operations diagnostics exercise, followed by a detailed roadmap, as well as acting as strategic business partner for implementation of pragmatic and cost-effective recommendations for the long-term, sustainable growth of the business.

  • Corporate Governance

    Improved the overall corporate governance structure of the group by designing corporate governance framework and various Charters for Board of Directors and its various committees, policies & procedures, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix.

  • Fixed Assets Verification

    Appointed by the biggest real estate developer of Dubai where we were required to carry out a physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets of 45+ hotel and golf course properties. The exercise didn’t just include the completeness of the register but also to ensure accuracy where fixed assets items were verified from register to floor and floor to register.

  • CRS & FATCA Reporting

    The Company (being the largest REIT in the middle east) approached us to advice on the applicability of CRS and FATCA reporting. Although CRS and FATCA regulations are similar but could impact some businesses in terms of reporting category. Therefore, PI carried out a detailed study on both the regulations and advised the client about the business category the Company will fall into and the reporting requirements based on the category in accordance with CRS as well as FATCA regulations.

  • External Audit

    Conducted statutory External Audit of MBC Ventures and its investments. The audit was different than a normal external audit as the company was representing as holding company carrying out various investments. These investments were in form of loans, class B share investments, preferential shares and conditions based equity. The calculation of fair value of investments using various methods was a tricky affair as no prior calculations were ever carried out.
